“During one of the hardest times in our lives, Micheal and staff went above and beyond to care for our family and honor my mom. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. They worked with us financially without ever making us feel pressured, and they made sure every detail was handled beautifully. What meant the most was how Micheal checked on us — not just during the arrangements, but after everything as well — making sure we were okay and supported.
